      With at least two fox pictures set for Rivoli, United

Artists-operated house, expectations are

that more of that distributor‘s lineup will play the Broadway house.

Latest picture to be booked is Doubting Thomas,

Will Rogers production, which opens July 11, and follows

booking of Dante‘s Inferno, scheduled for next

month. Closer relations between Fox and United Artists Theater

Circuit are indicated as Joseph M. Schenck,

new chairman of the Fox board, is head of the circuit.

„A dramatic comedy“

Editorial content. „United Artists Announces 24 for

      1935-36 at Cost of $14,500,000“ (...)

      „For the first time in four years, Charles Chaplin will be seen

in a new production – No. 5 – a dramatic comedy which

will be followed by a drama produced and directed by Chaplin,

but starring Paulette Goddard instead. Chaplin will not

appear in this film.“ (...)

     The definitive title of Chaplin‘s film will be Modern Times.

     Modern Times world premiere will be in New York

      Feb. 5, 1936 at the Rivoli Theatre.
