      The little man in the baggy pants has started a new

      picture at last, his fourth in ten years – and it

      will be another „silent,“ Paulette Goddard will be leading

      lady, and Charlie says it will be his biggest

      FOR the fourth time in 10 years Charlie Chaplin again

is all togged out in his famous baggy pants, floppy

shoes, battered derby, little mustache and carrying that

willowy cane which looks as if it‘s about to callapse

every time he leans on it.
