Charlie Chaplin‘s „The Circus“
to Remain Another Week
Charlie Chaplin‘s latest comedy, „The Circus,“ will be held
over at the Palace Theatre for a second and final
week. As was expected, the demand to see Chaplin after
his absence of over two years has been so great
that the management has been compelled to extend the
engagement. The management also announces
that there will be a special showing of „The Circus“ at 10 o‘clock
every night.
In „The Circus“ Chaplin plays the part of a tramp
who is unintentionally enlisted in a circus and finds himself
the ,hit‘ of the show.
There will be a special overture by the Famous Palace
Augmented Concert Orchestra, conducted by G. Agostini.
