Editorial content. „HEADING the current bill at the Empress will

be found the renowned athletes, the Seven Bracks.“ (...)

„The new bill will be known as ,laughing week at the Empress,

as every act but one is of the humorous sort and

constructed solely for laughing purposes. Heading the list

of new attractions will be Karno‘s London comedians

in A Night in a London Club, with Charles Chaplin in the leading

role. Karno has sent many laughing successes

to this country, and the present one, he claims, is his latest

and best effort.“
