„Most of the scenes have been completed“

Editorial content. „Dates of Chaplin Releases

Release dates of Charlie Chaplin‘s eleventh and twelfth

Mutual comedies will be announced by the Mutual

Film Corporation as soon as the pictures are ready. The

eleventh is now in the course of production at the

Lone Star studio. Most of the scenes have been completed.

No title has yet been chosen.“ (...)

„The title of the new comedy will be decided upon within

the next two weeks and it is likely that within that same

time it will be possible to announce a release date. The date

will be made known as soon as possible that

anxious exhibitors may give definite information to impatient

Chaplin fans.

,Mr. Chaplin personally assures me by wire that No. 11

and No. 12 will be the best comedies he has ever

attempted, which makes certain big box office receipts for

exhibitors when they are released,‘ said President

John R. Freuler of Mutual.“
