      THE rollicking adventures of an unsophisticated country

girl (Marie Dressler) who, on a holiday, is picked

up by a sharp ‘na (Charles Chaplin). Tillie makes the most of the

fact that she is niece to banks, a well-known millionaire,

and Chaplin, with an axe to grind, makes the most of Tillie,

though he has already a girl (Mabel Normand). Tillie,

„turned u“ by her uncle, secures a situation as waitress. (...)
