„A pretentious prologue built upon scenes in the picture is being
presented in conjunction with The Gold Rush. Artists who take
part in this are De Lima and Marita, Frank Banta,
pianist; Walter Schuster, tenor; Mlle. Francelli, danseuse;
Marion, Evelyn, Elsa, Katherine, members of the
Mark Strand Ballet Corps, and Charles McHugh. Scenes have
been specially constructed for the occasion and unusual
lighting and color effects have been worked out.
The Mark Strand Orchestra gives a brief prelude to the
performance. The topical review is the only
